Keith A. Germain

Vice President Operations at Critical Response Group

Keith A. Germain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Keith A. is currently the President of Latent Shield Consulting, LLC, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded Critical Response Group, where they served as the Co-Founder & Executive Vice President from August 2019 to present, and as the Co-Founder & COO from August 2016 to August 2019.

Keith also has a background in law enforcement, having worked at Barnegat Township Police Department for over two decades. Keith A. held various positions during their tenure, including Chief of Police from February 2018 to present, Lieutenant from January 2005 to February 2018, Patrol Sergeant from July 2000 to January 2005, Detective from May 1999 to July 2000, Patrol Officer from August 1995 to May 1999, and Public Safety Telecommunicator from July 1994 to August 1995.

In addition to their roles in law enforcement and consulting, Keith has also been involved in the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police, where they have served as the Vice President since July 2021 and as the Chairperson of the Public Relations Committee from October 2019 to July 2021.

Before their work in law enforcement and consulting, Keith worked at The Rodgers Group, LLC, where they served as the Director of Product Creation from December 2015 to August 2016, and as a Managing Consultant from December 2014 to December 2015. In their role as a Managing Consultant, Keith was responsible for delivering solutions that improved emergency response safety and effectiveness through the use of geospatial intelligence technology.

Keith A. Germain's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Thomas Edison State University. In addition, they attended the FBI National Academy, Session #278, where they obtained a degree in Law Enforcement Executive Leadership. Keith A. Germain also holds several certifications, including Supervisory Management from the New Jersey Department of Personnel Human Resources Development Institute, Active Shooter Response Instructor from the National Tactical Officers Association, Police Instructor from the New Jersey Police Training Commission, Instrument Rating from the Federal Aviation Administration, and a Private Pilot certification also from the Federal Aviation Administration.
