Vivian Stavrou has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and marketing science. Vivian started their career at Critical Mass in 2019 as a Marketing Science Analyst, where they worked with clients such as AT&T Video LOB, using structured data processes and visual reporting to track KPIs and provide actionable insights. Vivian also identified optimization opportunities based on data analysis and effectively communicated data-driven insights to clients.
In 2021, Vivian moved to UM Worldwide as a Senior Analyst in Decision Sciences, where they continued to utilize their expertise in data analysis. Vivian worked on improving site engagement and conversion through data-driven strategies.
In 2022, Vivian joined Publicis Sapient as a Senior Associate in Data Analytics. Here, they further honed their skills in data analysis and contributed to the company's projects until 2023.
Currently, Vivian holds the position of Marketing Science Lead at Critical Mass, starting in 2023.
Vivian Stavrou has obtained several certifications and degrees related to the field of marketing and digital marketing. Vivian holds a Digital Marketing Management Certificate from the University of Toronto, where they focused on digital marketing. Additionally, they have completed an International Project Management Certificate from the same university, specializing in project management.
Furthering their education, Vivian Stavrou pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Marketing with a specialization in Digital Marketing from London Metropolitan University. Vivian completed this program at the BCA Campus. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the same university, with a focus on Advertising, Marketing Communications, and PR, also at the BCA Campus.
In addition to their formal education, Vivian Stavrou has obtained various certifications. Vivian has completed the "UX DesignOps: Overview" course from LinkedIn in January 2023. In October 2022, they received certifications in "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process" from LinkedIn and "Google Analytics 4 Certification" from Google. Furthermore, they obtained a "Google Data Analytics Certificate" from Coursera in August 2022.
