Stephanie Gerbino has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Stephanie currently works at Critical Mass as an Associate Creative Director, where they have been since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Critical Mass as a Senior Art Director for three years, from September 2020 to June 2023. Stephanie also has experience as an Art Director at Critical Mass from November 2017 to September 2020.

Before joining Critical Mass, Stephanie worked at Edelman for four years. Stephanie started as a Design Intern from June 2013 to September 2013, then worked as a Junior Designer from September 2013 to September 2014. Stephanie was promoted to a Designer role from September 2014 to September 2015, and finally became an Art Director from September 2015 to November 2017.

Stephanie's earliest work experience was at CBS Radio, where they worked as a Design Intern from May 2012 to September 2012, and later as a Designer from September 2012 to February 2013.

Stephanie also had a design internship at Oxygen Media from May 2011 to August 2011, where they focused on designing and developing digital content for Oxygen.com and enhancing photography.

Stephanie Gerbino completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Communications Design (Graphic Design) from Pratt Institute. Stephanie attended Pratt Institute from 2009 to 2013.
