Scott began their career at Brown Communications Group in 1997 as an Account Director, where they primarily focused on interactive media projects and played a key role in integrating the division within the agency structure. In 2000, they joined The Bridge / Frank Advertising as the Director of Digital/Account Director, responsible for digital projects and advertising strategy development for agency clients.
In 2005, Scott worked as a Partner/Consultant at Maple Tree, where they provided consulting services. Scott then joined Clemenger BBDO in 2006 and served as an Interactive Planner before being promoted to Head of Digital in 2007, where they led the digital team and oversaw digital projects.
In 2009, Scott worked as a Digital Strategist as a Freelance Digital Planner before ultimately joining Critical Mass in 2010. At Critical Mass, they held multiple roles including Planner (contract), Strategy Director, and currently serves as the Group Strategy Director.
