Robert McFadden has a diverse work experience in creative and design roles. Robert is currently working as a Creative Engineering Director at Critical Mass since October 2022. Previously, they held the position of Senior Art Director at GCI Canada from March 2020 to June 2021, where they directed and designed various projects for clients such as LG, Barbie, Mattel, Fisher-Price, and more. Before that, they worked as an Art Director / Studio Lead at trevor//peter from April 2018 to June 2019, overseeing creative and production design for clients including Nike, Red Bull, and Huawei.

Prior to that, Robert McFadden served as an Art Director / Designer at Chefs Plate from February 2016 to December 2017, focusing on creating customer-centric designs and a delightful user experience. Robert also worked as a Production Manager, Studio Manager, and Graphic Designer at The Brand Factory from 2011 to 2015, handling various aspects of managing projects and leading a team of designers.

Earlier in their career, Robert McFadden worked as a Graphic Designer at MediaEdge Communications from November 2009 to January 2011, where they designed B2B magazines and sales materials. Robert also gained experience as a Graphic Designer at Partnership Marketing from September 2007 to December 2008, working on print and digital marketing projects for new home and condo builders.
