Nidhi Dhasmana has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nidhi currently works at Critical Mass as a Quality Assurance Lead since March 2022. Previously, they worked at Wipro as a Release Manager for Shaw Communications from December 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Test Team Lead for Shaw Communications from March 2018 to December 2020. Nidhi also has experience as an Application Support Analyst at Zybertech Construction Software Services from July 2013 to January 2016. Nidhi began their career at Cap Gemini as a Consultant, where they led teams for environment build and regression testing for Gold 4.0 release and successfully managed region build activities and weekly reports from January 2005 to June 2010.

Nidhi Dhasmana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University from the years 1999 to 2002. Nidhi then went on to pursue a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computers from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2002 to 2005. In January 2018, they obtained an ISTQB Foundation Level Certification from the Canadian Software Testing Board (CSTB).
