Kimberly Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. KIMBERLY started their career with Danco as a Strategic Account Representative, where they focused on improving customer experience and coordinating with various departments. After that, they worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as an Account Service Coordinator, where they handled financial responsibilities and analyzed variance reports. KIMBERLY then joined PrimeSource Building Products as a National Account Specialist before moving to KeHE Distributors as an Account Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for supporting sales and marketing programs, analyzing performance data, and coordinating activities with vendors and functional groups. Currently, they are working at Critical Mass Group as a Sales Operations Coordinator, where they support the retail sales team and provides a high level of service to brand partners.
