Liliana Macedo is an experienced People Operations Manager currently leading the People team at Critical Manufacturing since February 2022, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of HR policies across multiple countries including Portugal, Malaysia, China, and Mexico. Prior to this role, Liliana served as a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Manager focused on tech recruiting at New Work SE from April 2018 to January 2022. Liliana also has a solid background in HR management, having worked as an HR Manager for BTL Industries in Brazil, where involvement included defining HR strategies to support company goals from the start-up phase. Other notable positions include Human Resources Manager at Atlantic Solutions Brazil, and Regional Account Manager roles in Sales and Marketing at Distrifa (Arkopharma) and SSL HEALTHCARE SPAIN.
