Caroline Dickens Jordan is an experienced professional in account strategy and management, currently holding the position of Manager, Agency Account Strategy at Criteo since July 2017. In this role, Caroline leads a team of Account Strategists overseeing over $50MM in annual client investments, defining strategies to boost client engagement and product adoption. Prior positions include Senior Account Strategist at Criteo, managing a significant portfolio of clients, as well as roles at Wayfair, Skyfall Bar, Wells Fargo Bank, Tishman Speyer, Le Cirque, and HK Hotels. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University.
