Aaron Condray serves as the VP of Total Rewards at Criteo since 2021. Previously, Aaron held the position of Group Director of Compensation & Benefits at VEON from 2018 to 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the reward and mobility functions for the group. Prior to that, Aaron was with Sodexo from 2005 to 2018, first as HR Director in Remote Sites & Asia-Australia, then as Group SVP Reward and Global Head of HR Services, and later as Group SVP Total Rewards and VP of Human Resources & Communication. Aaron's early career includes a role as HR Manager at Halliburton, spanning multiple locations, and as Training Program Coordinator at Monarch ILA within the Nord Anglia Education Group. Academically, Aaron holds a BSc in Social Science and Humanities from the University of Houston.
