Katherine St. Clair has over 20 years of work experience, starting as a Medicare Auditor at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas in 1995. Katherine then worked as an Audit Experienced Staff at Ernst & Young from 1998 to 2000, followed by positions as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and TravisWolff. In 2002, they became a Financial Reporting Analyst at Hunt Oil Company and later an Audit Manager at The Dallas Morning News in 2005. From 2014 to 2017, St. Clair served as the Controller at The Lamplighter School, where they demonstrated leadership and self-initiative skills. Currently, they are the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep, overseeing business operations and supervising the finance office staff. St. Clair's roles have involved financial reporting, audit, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and strategic planning.

Katherine St. Clair holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of North Texas, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Katherine also earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas Woman's University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995.
