James Carter is an experienced Software Support Manager with a career spanning over two decades in customer support and software services. Currently at Cristie Software Ltd since September 2009, James has advanced from the position of Senior Software Support Analyst to Software Support Manager. Prior to this, James held the role of Customer Support Engineer at Active Voice from January 2008 to April 2009 and at ASTEC Telecom from September 1998 to January 2008. James holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business from DeMontfort University Leicester, earned from 1993 to 1997.
