Wesley Dobbs currently serves as Director of Research Operations at CRISPR Therapeutics, following a progression from Associate Director to Sr. Manager in Research Operations since April 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Research Associate I/Project Manager for the Unfolded Protein Response (UPR) Program at Proteostasis Therapeutics, where significant contributions to global research collaborations and program management were made. Earlier positions involved generating market and competitive analysis reports during an internship at Proteostasis Therapeutics, and various roles at the Novartis Institute focusing on compound and target discovery in neurodegenerative diseases. Wesley Dobbs holds an MBA in Health Sector Management from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida State University.
