Rogier van 't Hooft has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Rogier started their career as a Student Assistant at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2014. Rogier then worked as an Intern at Capgemini Consulting in 2015. In the same year, they also held leadership positions at CEMS Club Rotterdam, serving as the Head of Social Relations and the Head of Organisation for the Dublin Tech Tour.

In 2016, Rogier joined EF Education First as a Student Consultant (CEMS) and later transitioned to NRGValue as a Business Analyst in Convenience Retail. Rogier worked there until May 2017. During this time, they also served as a Teaching Assistant for Entrepreneurship at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

From October 2017 to May 2019, Rogier worked as a Fellow at McKinsey & Company, before being promoted to the role of Associate from May 2019 to November 2020. Rogier then became an Engagement Manager and worked in that position until September 2021.

Following their tenure at McKinsey & Company, Rogier took on the role of Business Development Manager at Crisp from September 2021 to June 2022. Rogier currently holds the position of People Director at Crisp since June 2022.

In 2013, Rogier had an exchange opportunity to study at City University of Hong Kong, where they pursued a Bachelor exchange program in Business administration for one year. Following this, they returned to Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University for their Master's degree.

From 2014 to 2015, Rogier pursued a Master's degree in Business information management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, graduating with a Judicium: Cum Laude distinction. Subsequently, in 2015, Rogier joined CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education at the International Management program at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree with a Judicium: Cum Laude distinction in 2017.

During their studies, in 2016, Rogier also attended the Nova School of Business and Economics for a brief period as part of their International Management/Cems Master's program.
