Ebony Amoroso is an experienced leader in Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) with a track record of developing and implementing holistic strategies aimed at fostering equitable treatment within organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of JEDI at Crisis Text Line since March 2022, Ebony focuses on aligning JEDI initiatives with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. Previous roles include Head of Diversity, Inclusion + Community at Bloomberg Industry Group, and Director of Inclusion at Endeavor, where efforts encompassed global recruitment, mentorship, and employee relations.
