Melissa Shaw is an experienced professional with a diverse background in behavioral support and interventions, currently serving as a CPI Safety Intervention Instructor at Crisis Prevention Institute since June 2023 and as the Intensive Support Practice Lead at Healthcare Ireland Group - NI since August 2022.
