Stephanie Callahan, LSW, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human services and organizational management. Currently serving as a Global Professional Instructor at the Crisis Prevention Institute since December 2017, Stephanie applies expertise in crisis prevention and management. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resource Project Manager at Opportunity Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities involved analyzing and improving HR systems, and as Supported Living Director, overseeing program operations while ensuring compliance with state and CARF regulations. Previous roles within Opportunity Enterprises also encompassed supported living management and quality assurance, where supervision of large teams and development of individualized support plans were key. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University Northwest and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from Purdue University Northwest.
