Gretchen Hoge, PhD, LCSW, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Services at the Crisis Center for South Suburbia, where responsibilities include mentoring therapists and interns in trauma-informed interventions and collaborating with the counseling team to enhance client outcomes. Hoge has extensive experience providing trauma-informed therapy to survivors of domestic violence, leading psychoeducational therapy groups, and offering crisis support as a hotline volunteer. Previous roles include Community Coordinator for the Healthy Kids Running Series, Curriculum Development Advisor and Assistant Professor at Lewis University, Research Consultant at Rutgers University, and an International Social Work Volunteer in Santiago, Chile. Gretchen Hoge holds a Ph.D. in Social Work from Rutgers University, a Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
