Scott M. Moffat is a Partner and Vice President of Preconstruction at Crisak Incorporated. Prior to that, he worked as a Preconstruction Specialist and Project Manager at Kinsley Construction, Inc. He also has experience as a Project Manager at The Shockey Precast Group and as an Assistant Project Manager at TMG Construction Corp. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Masters of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
