Conrad Simmons has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Conrad is currently serving as the Executive Director of the Virginia Childrens Care Network at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU, and also holds the position of Director of Strategy & Business Development at the same organization. Prior to this, they worked at Children's National Health System as the Senior Manager of the Chief Medical Office and as a Senior Program Manager. Before that, they were a Project Manager at both Children's National Health System and Bon Secours Health System. Conrad began their career as an Administrative Intern at Main Line Health and later worked in Pharmacy Administration at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. Conrad started their healthcare career as a Medication Management Support Center Technician at excelleRx.

Conrad Simmons earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Widener University between 2004 and 2008. Conrad then pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Joseph's University from 2012 to 2014.
