Nancy Lundy, MA, ACC, currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, where key responsibilities include developing talent management initiatives and fostering organizational culture. Additionally, Nancy is a member of Chief, a leadership network for female executives. Previously, Nancy held the role of Vice President, Global Head of Talent, Diversity and Employee Experience at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where significant global talent processes were developed. Experience also includes leadership roles at Chubb and ACE Group North America, focusing on talent management and integration during major corporate mergers. Earlier in the career, Nancy contributed to global HR functions at Campbell Soup Company and IMS Health, alongside teaching roles at Saint Joseph's University and consulting at Hay Group.
