Valerie Herndon is an experienced instructional systems designer, currently employed at Noblis ESI since April 2023, where responsibilities include life-cycle maintenance of web-based, virtual, and residential training courses using the ADDIE model. Valerie's extensive background includes a retired role in the US Navy Reserve as a Unit Career Counselor and Master Training Specialist, overseeing curriculum development for IT courses. Previous positions include Senior Training Analyst at NTT DATA, Instructional Systems Designer at InTec, and Principal Consultant at NTT Data Corporation, among others. Valerie holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University, a Master's degree in Education, and a Bachelor's in Business Education.
