Melanie McCullough, M.Ed. is an experienced instructional designer currently serving as the Lead Instructional Designer at Crimson Phoenix since November 2022. Prior to this role, Melanie worked at Equifax as an E-learning Developer from January 2022 to December 2022 and engaged as an Instructional Designer via Upwork from May 2020 to October 2021, where responsibilities included conducting learning analyses and enhancing educational technology integration. Melanie’s prior experience also includes overseeing the implementation of robotic technology and developing educational content during participation in an Instructional Design Program. Additionally, an internship with eCore focused on managing learning technology platforms and enhancing user experience. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma, achieving a GPA of 3.8.
