Jim Sturgess is an experienced business leader currently serving as Managing Director of Crimsafe Security Systems since February 2016, overseeing operations in various countries including the USA, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, and South Africa. Sturgess also holds the position of Independent Director and is a member of the Finance & Risk Committee for Australian Made Campaign Limited since November 2020. Previously, Sturgess was Managing Director of Titan Energy Services Limited, which was listed on the ASX, and held the role of Chief Executive at the City of Brisbane Investment Corporation. Additional experience includes executive roles at Flight Centre Travel Group and leadership positions in the hospitality sector with Sheraton/Starwood Hotels & Casinos. Sturgess's early career involved chairing and participating in committees for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and educational credentials include a BCom from The University of Queensland and FCA designation.
