Misty Workman has a diverse background in retail order management and fraud analysis, currently serving in Retail Order Management at Cricut since April 2021. Prior roles include Senior Fraud Analyst at Walmart eCommerce and Senior Chargeback and Fraud Analyst at Jet.com, where Misty utilized SQL and Excel for data analysis and chargeback processes. Additional experience includes positions as Team Lead at Convergys, Assistant Manager at Blue Boutique, and various customer service roles at HMS HOST, CenturyLink, Teleperformance, and Collection Center Inc. Misty holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Weber State University, completed between 2010 and 2012.
