James Kendley, PMP®, has extensive experience in content management and project management. James worked as a Director, Digital Asset Management Services at Cricket Media from February 2019 onwards, where they provided content management and project management for various programs, products, and services in the US and China. Prior to that, they served as the Director, Education Services at Cricket Media from May 2015 to January 2019, where they performed similar duties.

Before joining Cricket Media, James worked as a Revision and Documentation Specialist at Core Knowledge Foundation from July 2014 to May 2015. In this role, they were responsible for building and maintaining a knowledge base of ongoing revisions and managing intellectual property and content reusability data for CKF products. James also handled accuracy in credits and permissions for projects, content need estimates for new projects, and copyright applications.

Prior to that, James worked as an Educational Assets Manager at Software Technology, Inc. from December 2006 to July 2014.

James began their career as an Editor/Project Manager at Renaissance Learning, where they worked from 2000 to 2006. In this role, they created, edited, and managed K-12 content for educational software, developed and maintained product style guides, provided UK style assistance, and contributed to content writer and editor training.

Through their various roles, James has gained significant experience in content management, project management, and educational software development.

James Kendley, PMP®, has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature from The University of Georgia. James also studied at Kennesaw State University, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided. Additionally, James has an Associate's degree in Japanese from the Fukuoka Tenjin Japanese Language School. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a TEFL Licenciate from ILC, Edinburgh in May 1995 and a Project Management Professional® certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018.
