Rashmi P Kumar is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in business and marketing. As the Co-Founder and President of CrickBuster since May 2019, Rashmi has established a leading technology-driven online platform for cricket enthusiasts in North America. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at Saicon, where Rashmi monitored market trends and improved IT services, and Team Lead Recruitment, focusing on technical recruitment for the IT industry. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Consultant at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and as a Relationship Manager at Birla Sun Life Asset Management, managing high net worth clients and achieving sales targets. Rashmi holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pune and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Miami.
