Diane Chiu is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources, leadership coaching, and people operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global People Business Partner for R&D at Cribl since May 2023, Diane also operates as an independent strategic HR and recruiting consultant. Previously, Diane held significant positions including Head of People at Lightstep and Head of Talent & People Operations at Keen IO, where a strong emphasis on workplace culture and talent development was established. Earlier roles include recruiting and operations at Kaggle, operations consultancy at Data Collective, and various positions at Brand.net and Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Diane Chiu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from UC San Diego and completed the Co-Active Coach Training Program at the Coaches Training Institute.
