Ms. Barnett manages Crib Notesâ„¢ implementations and client projects. She is responsible for the customization and integration of Crib Notesâ„¢ into customer NICUs, providing structure and methodology to the implementation process as well as conducting software training for Crib Notesâ„¢ users. Phyllis Barnett also manages post-implementation optimization, education and implementation of new Crib Notesâ„¢ functionality. Ms. Barnett joined Grand Roundsâ„¢ Software in 2008 with over twenty years of experience in healthcare information technology, much of it focused in directing and facilitating clinical application implementations. She also has a clinical background, having worked as a Medical Technologist. Phyllis holds a Master's of Science Degree in Information Systems and Operations Management and has an undergraduate degree in Microbiology.
