Bernard Marlier is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in operational management and production. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Schelhout CRH since October 2017, Bernard previously held the position of Directeur Technique / Production at Carimat - Carimat Materiaux - CI Belgium from October 2015 to October 2017. Prior to that, Bernard worked as Operational Manager Cleaning at Shanks Waste Management from February 2014 to September 2015, focusing on operational management and business development. Bernard's earlier experience includes roles as Plant Manager at CRH, where responsibilities involved complete organization of plants in Tournai and Wieze, and as Responsable de production at Alimad Food, overseeing production, maintenance, and cost improvement projects. Bernard holds a Gradué A1 degree in Electronique/Automation from Sebastien Vauban.
