Alexander "Sasha" Ivakhov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, transformation initiatives, and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent, Inclusion & Diversity and Transformation at CRH Europe since September 2021, Ivakhov joined to drive multiple transformational initiatives within a significant HR practice. Prior experience includes consulting for Burn The Sky in EdTech from December 2020 to September 2021 and holding various leadership roles at British American Tobacco from 2006 to 2019, where Ivakhov transformed a business cluster and led HR efforts.
