John Paganini, MBA has over 30 years of experience in the technology and healthcare industries. John began their career in 1985 as the Manager of Computer Services for Praxair. In 1998, they took on the role of General Manager of IBSI Singapore Ltd, where they were responsible for running the business, including accounting, sales and marketing, program/project management, and operations. In 1999, they co-founded RIS Logic, Inc. and served as its Founder, CIO, and Director of Business Development. John was responsible for operations, applications development, database design, and systems architecture. In 2002, they became President/Owner of Paguar Informatics. In 2004, they took on the role of Senior Director of Product Management at Applied Visual Sciences, Inc. where they specialized in detection of brain trauma, breast cancer, and tuberculosis on digital images. In 2010, they became an IT Clinical Interfaces and Integration Consultant at Cleveland Clinic. In 2013, they took on the role of Senior Manager, Interoperability Initiatives at HIMSS, where they managed the operations and logistics of the new HIMSS Innovation Center. Most recently, in 2019, they became the CEO of CrewTracker Software, a comprehensive business operations solution for Snow and Ice Management companies.
John Paganini, MBA has an extensive education history. John obtained their MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Organizational Management from Lake Erie College in 1983. John also obtained an Associate's degree in Data Processing from Lakeland Community College in 1981. In addition to their educational qualifications, John has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they obtained the SIIM BP SITE Participant certification from the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM). John also obtained the CPHIMS: Certified Professional in Healthcare Information Management Systems certification from HIMSS in 2004 and the Certified Imaging Informatics Professional certification from the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) in 2010.
