Paul Leck has a diverse work experience in a range of industries. Paul started their career in AVS Construction as a Project Manager from 2003 to 2006, before moving on to Buehner Construction, LLC as a Project Manager and Estimator from 2006 to 2008. Paul then transitioned to Clear Horizons Financial, Inc., where they worked as a Business Development and Analyst from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they gained experience in investment banking as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Credit Suisse and later at Macquarie Group in 2013. Paul continued their investment banking career as a Business Development & Strategy professional at Friendemic from 2015 to 2016. During the same period, they served as an Advisor at The RBL Group and as an Advisory Board Member at FreshLime. Paul is currently employed in the investment banking industry as a Senior Vice President - Debt Capital Markets at CREWE.

Paul Leck attended Brigham Young University from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued General Education. Paul later returned to Brigham Young University and completed their studies at the Marriott School of Management in 2013.
