Eric Klepinger serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Crew Carwash since April 2023. Previously, Eric held various leadership roles at Duluth Trading Company from February 2017 to April 2023, including Senior Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed HR business partner functions, employee relations, talent development, and compensation. Eric's tenure at Duluth also included advancing from Director of Retail Stores to overseeing the expansion of the retail footprint and managing P&L, budget planning, and team leadership. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Dollar General, Cabela's, and Lowe's Companies, with a focus on operational support, asset protection, and employee development. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Criminology from Indiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from St. Joseph's College.
