Salvatore Rao has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Salvatore began their career in 2008 as an Advisor with AXA Advisors, where they worked with clients to review financial assets and develop strategies for a stable financial future. In 2010, they transitioned to NextEra Energy Resources, initially working as a Trading Analyst, supporting natural gas trading operations and assisting with RFP analysis. Later, they became a Natural Gas Portfolio Coordinator, responsible for scheduling gas transportation and storage, demand curve balancing, and accounting settlement for various pipeline assets. In 2016, Salvatore joined Texla Energy Management Inc as a Natural Gas Scheduler, where they continued to display their expertise in gas scheduling and management. In 2017, they moved to World Fuel Services as a Senior Scheduler before finally joining Crestwood Midstream Partners LP in 2018 as a Manager of Asset Optimization. Throughout their career, Salvatore Rao has acquired a deep understanding of financial products and strategies as well as expertise in natural gas scheduling and optimization.

Salvatore Rao attended Liverpool High School between an unknown start year and 2001. Salvatore then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at SUNY Oneonta from 2003 to 2006.
