Josh Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Josh started their career at ProGolf of Memphis in 2000, where they worked as an Assistant Manager, with responsibilities including sales, support, and repair of golf products. Josh then moved on to Bennigan's, where they served as a Server Trainer and Guest Service Assistant from 2004 to 2006. After that, they worked at Frank Grisanti's Restaurant as a Server Trainer, focusing on customer satisfaction and proper wine and food service etiquette from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Wireless Direct (Sprint) as a Sales, Service, and Repair specialist, consistently delivering excellent customer service and staying up-to-date with technological advancements. From 2011 to 2016, Josh worked at EBG as a Director of Communications, leading customer service and communications efforts across multiple companies within the organization. Currently, they serve as the Director of Client Services at CrestCore Realty LLC.
