Younes Zouaoui is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and human development. Since July 1995, Younes has served as Associé gérant at Synergie Plus Consulting. Alongside this role, Younes has been an Expert en Développement Humain at the Initiative Nationale pour le Développement Humain since May 2006 and a certified trainer in leadership and managerial skills at Crestcom International, LLC since January 2012. Previous experience includes serving as a consultant in audit and evaluation for the European Union from May 2002 to December 2003 and as an auditor and mission director at Audigroup, a member of Eurogroup Consult, from September 1991 to November 1995. Younes holds a Diploma in Audit and Management Control from Université de Bordeaux, completed between 1997 and 1999.
