Bill Lawlor, CSM has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2001, Lawlor worked as a Business Development Manager at Sand Technology, Inc. where they focused on Data Warehouse Solutions. After that, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Horizon Technology Partners, responsible for Business Development and Account Management of IT Consulting/Staffing Services.

In 2005, Lawlor joined SAP/Business Objects as a Key Account Engagement Manager, where they were responsible for client relationship management and participated in weekly status meetings.

From 2006 to 2008, Lawlor worked at UNISYS Corp as a part of the Professional Services team, focusing on Services Sales and Delivery. Bill collaborated with Client Account Executives to develop proposals, procure delivery resources, and monitor project status.

In 2009, Lawlor became a Business Development Agent at DiscoverOrg, and in 2011, they joined MicroStrategy as a Manager of Professional Services, overseeing a team of consultants engaged in various client sites. Bill also took on the role of Global Program Manager, providing oversight and coordination for multiple project development engagements.

Lawlor then joined Measured Search in 2016 as a Director of Client Services, where they managed a consulting team working on multiple concurrent engagements.

In 2017, Lawlor joined Anju Software as a Manager/Project Management - Professional Services. Bill was responsible for managing the Case intake and response processes for Medical Information, Adverse Event, and Product Quality Complaint inquiries. Bill also served as a Senior Business Systems Analyst during the same period.

From 2021 to 2022, Lawlor worked at Impact Networking, LLC as an ERP Project Manager, actively managing and providing oversight for Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Business Central deployments.

Currently, Lawlor holds the role of Sr. Project Manager - ERP Dynamics Business Central at Crestwood Associates since 2022.

Bill Lawlor, CSM, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Environmental Earth Science from Eastern Connecticut State University. Bill also pursued Urban Planning studies at Boston University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SP17) from Salesforce in July 2017, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in November 2022, Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet in June 2021, and MCD - MicroStrategy Certified Developer from MicroStrategy. Bill Lawlor is also in the process of obtaining the Amazon Web Services - Certified Solution Architect - Associate certification and ITIL V3 Foundation. Finally, they are interested in becoming a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
