Alex Pember is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Senior Group FP&A Manager at Crest Nicholson plc since June 2022. Prior to this role, Alex was the Finance Systems Change Lead at Vistry Group, overseeing the development of FP&A reporting systems with the implementation of Anaplan. Alex has held significant positions at Linden Homes, including Head of Finance Systems and FP&A Director, where successful migration to the COINS system and participation in a £157m rights issue were achieved. Alex also served as Group Reporting Controller and Group Reporting Manager at Galliford Try, where responsibilities included PLC annual report financials and maintaining financial integrity. Previous experiences include roles at Amlin plc, Deloitte, and PwC, focusing on financial analysis, due diligence, and audit services. Alex holds FCCA and ACCA qualifications and a BA in International Business with French from the University of Plymouth.
