Jon Addy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jon is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Crest Insurance Group, a position they have held since May 2021. Jon is also serving as the Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at the same company since January 2021. Prior to this, Jon was the owner of their own consulting firm, ADDY CONSULTING, LLC, starting in 2011. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Pride Group LLC. Jon has also held senior positions at Amkor Technology, where they served as the Senior Director - International Tax and Treasury, and at ON Semiconductor, where they were the Senior Manager - Tax. Jon began their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Marine from 1990 to 1995.

Jon Addy attended Evanston High School for an unknown period of time and did not earn a degree. Jon then enrolled at the University of Wyoming from 1988 to 1990, studying business but did not receive a degree. Following this, Addy attended Arizona State University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Later, they pursued a Master's degree at the University of Southern California from 1997 to 1998, specializing in Business Taxation.
