Gavin Lockhart-Mirams is a seasoned professional with significant experience in leadership and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as Executive Chairman and Founder of Crest Advisory since October 2011, Gavin has also co-founded Themis, where involvement continues through December 2024, and held the position of Chairman at clearBorder from June 2021 to November 2023. Prior experience includes acting as Senior Policy Adviser to the Prime Minister at the Cabinet Office from May 2010 to June 2011 and working as a Policy Analyst in various capacities from 2002 to 2009. Gavin's academic background includes a 1st Class MA in Sociology and Economics from The University of Edinburgh, earned between 1998 and 2002.
