Joachim Bozorgnia is a seasoned professional in tenant representation and commercial real estate, currently serving as a member of Exis Global Tenant Representation since May 2016. In this role, Exis focuses exclusively on representing tenants and end users globally. As the CEO of CRESNIA since October 2009, Joachim manages operations, providing tailored solutions for corporate clients in office space negotiations. Previously, Joachim was a Business Manager at Svefa from January 2006 to 2009, where responsibilities included establishing the Tenant Representation department. Joachim holds a degree in Marketing from IHM Business School, earned between 1994 and 1996.
