Namita Pandita has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

At Cresilon, they worked as a Lead Quality Engineer/Supervisor, overseeing quality control and ensuring compliance with regulations. Namita also held the position of Quality Engineer II, contributing to new development activities and manufacturing processes.

Prior to that, they were a Sr. Validation Consultant at Baxter International Inc., where they focused on developing protocols for product validation and assisting with research and development.

Namita also worked as a Validation Analyst at Validation Associates LLC, providing consulting services to medical device and biotechnology companies.

Namita Pandita gained research experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Medical Device Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program, where they conducted a capstone project and adhered to regulatory and quality requirements.

Namita volunteered as a Project Coordinator at the Association for India's Development, responsible for project coordination and fundraising for NGOs in India.

During their undergraduate studies, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Maharshi Dayanand University, focusing on biofuel generation.

Additionally, they gained research experience as a Research Trainee at NBPGR, INBIT, and the Indian Institute of Integrative Medicines, conducting experiments and working with various cell lines.

Namita Pandita has a strong education background with a focus on business and technology. Namita obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management from the University of the Cumberlands, graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, completing their studies in 2015. Namita holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Biotechnology from Maharshi Dayanand University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Namita completed their high school education at Vishwa Bharti Higher Secondary School, specializing in Science, between 1996 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have a certification in General Course on Intellectual Property Rights from the World Intellectual Property Organization.
