Currently serving as Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain at Cresilon since 2023, Karthik previously held the role of Senior Director, Global Supply Chain at Honeywell, overseeing comprehensive supply chain strategies across various global business segments. Karthik¡¯s prior experience includes leading supply chain initiatives for 3M¡¯s Medical Solutions, Orthodontic, and Dental divisions, as well as directing global supply chain operations at The Est¨¦e Lauder Companies Inc. and contributing to refining operations and project management at ExxonMobil. Karthik holds an MBA in Strategy, Management, and Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business, along with both a Master¡¯s and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
