Anthony O'Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and sales management. Currently serving as the Senior Compliance Manager for Cresco Labs in the Great Lakes Region, O'Neill has held multiple roles within the company, including Michigan State Lead Compliance Manager and Illinois Retail Regional Compliance Manager since July 2020. Prior to Cresco Labs, O'Neill worked at Rodinia, where positions included Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest and Corporate Key Account Manager. O'Neill’s career began at Whole Foods Market, where responsibilities encompassed roles as Wine & Spirits Team Leader and Wine & Spirits Category Manager from October 2006 to January 2015. Educational qualifications include a VFR Pilot's License from the Institute of Aviation at the University of Illinois and studies at Moraine Valley Community College.
