Maud Redon has extensive experience in the cosmetics and pharmaceuticals industry, currently serving as a Formulatrice and Chargée de projets R&D at Crescita Therapeutics since April 2018. Prior positions include project management and formulation roles at Valeant Pharmaceuticals, where duties spanned from June 2012 to March 2018, and laboratory analysis at AGAT Laboratories from March 2007 to June 2012. Early career highlights include laboratory technician roles at JPL International and Lise Watier Cosmétiques, as well as quality control positions at Chanel, L'Oréal, and YSL Beauté. Maud holds a Certificat Post Premier Cycle in Cosmetics from ITECH Lyon and a DUT in Chemistry from IUT Chimie Orléans.
