Todd Hebert is a senior attorney with extensive experience in insurance defense litigation across various sectors, including trucking, maritime, construction, and environmental matters. Currently serving at CrescentCare since September 2019, Todd has previously held roles at Duncan & Sevin, L.L.C. and owned a private practice, Hebert & Marler, where litigation and transaction work were primary focuses. Prior positions include serving as house counsel attorney for Allstate Insurance Company and Progressive Insurance Company, managing trials in automobile and commercial liability cases. Todd began legal career at Bencomo & Associates, working on a diverse range of legal matters. Todd holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Centenary College of Louisiana.
