Sharon Walton, LMSW, currently serves as a Medical Social Worker at CrescentCare, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sharon Walton worked at Southern University at New Orleans from March 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Office Manager and Data Processing and Communications Specialist. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Tulane Medical Center from 2006 to 2013 as Patient Account Coordinator. Sharon Walton holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans, obtained between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Education, earned from 2014 to 2018 at the same institution.
