Steve Helm is an experienced executive with a diverse background in various organizations. Steve founded Share Collective, Inc. in 2014, where they focused on leveraging natural resources in underdeveloped regions to improve financial capacity and education. In 2018, they became the Executive Director of Crescent Project. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Pastor of Missions at Woodlands Church from 2010 to 2014, addressing various insecurities in different parts of the world. Steve also served as the Executive Pastor at The People's Church from 2008 to 2010, where they developed ministry systems and handled financial strategies. Before that, they were part of the Directional Leadership Team at Christ Fellowship Church from 2001 to 2008, contributing to the growth and expansion of the church. Steve started their career as a Senior Pastor at Selma United Methodist Church from 1986 to 2001.
Steve Helm received their Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Med/Biology and Earth Sciences from Ball State University from 1978 to 1982. Steve then pursued further education at Christian Theological Seminary from 1982 to 1986, earning a Master of Divinity degree in Church Leadership & Evangelism.
