Karwan K. Ahmed has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Karwan started their career in 2013 as a Chemical Engineer at Bezhan Pet. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Control Room Operator at KAR Group (Refinery), where they were responsible for maintaining optimal operating conditions. Karwan then progressed to the role of Operation Engineer at KAR Group from 2016 to 2018.

In 2018, Karwan joined PETOIL as a CCR Supervisor in Crude Oil Production, leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the achievement of daily production volumes. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Kar Group Company as an Operation Supervisor in Refinery, overseeing operations in various units.

Most recently, Karwan joined Bezhan Pet. in 2021 as an Operation Supervisor in Refinery, responsible for managing the Gasoline Block operations. In 2023, they joined Crescent Petroleum as a Production Operation professional. Throughout their career, Karwan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to completing projects within time and budget constraints.

Karwan K.Ahmed completed their secondary education from Azmar from 2007 to 2010 and earned an Advance degree. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2014, Karwan attended Koyasan University where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
